Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re far too busy working on your site or developing your apps, you hardly ever have time to check what is happening with the virtual server – if it is overloaded or whether all the services are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of this for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in the custom–made monitoring software system and if there is a trace of a problem, our sysadmins will be warned instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a VPS Server isn’t the simplest mission in this world. You will either have to use some other server or your home PC, or, alternatively assign some 3rd–party tool. We offer a far easier way with our Optional Admin Services offer. We’ll create a complete backup of your virtual server once a week, so you never have to worry about permanently losing any critical information. And we can always restore a backup really quickly. All the backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are harder to run and may require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services deal will help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you’ll be able to literally employ one of our professional server admins for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of application whatsoever that you want. And/or have him fix a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
